Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

We do not offer refunds on any products once purchased.
Exchanges are accepted only for items that are damaged during delivery or received defective.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours / 3 days of receiving the product.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the damaged item
- Packaging images if required
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement/exchange for the damaged product.
No exchange will be accepted for:
- Used products
- Wrong size/color selected by customer
- Minor color variation due to screen display
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
